Introduction:

Wilson & Partners were approached by a repeat client to carry out MEP services design for a multi-use residential and commercial property on a site based in Hounslow in collaboration with Bowman Riley Architects and Symmetry's. The project splits the services design across 2 separate buildings, one with a ground floor retail space for a convenience store, the other with space for a community centre. The site will be home to 15 new well finished apartments with ample cycle storage at ground floor level with parking available also. EV charging points are included in the scheme to encourage the use of electric vehicles.

The Brief:

Carry out the coordinated MEP design through RIBA stages 2 to 5 using 3D Revit modelling in collaboration with the Client’s Architects and Structural Engineers.

Project Delivery:

Our Stages 3, 4 & 5 MEP Design Packages were issued on time to the client to allow early Tender to attain cost certainty. We will continue to support the client through the Construction process.
