Introduction:
Wilson & Partners were appointed by Gilbert & Stamper Electrical and HOB Mechanical to carry out full MEP design duties for a new Teaching Block and separate Canteen Building for Gravesend Grammar School.

Brief:
Production of coordinated MEP design through RIBA stages 2 to 6 using 3D Revit modelling in collaboration with the Architect,

structural Engineers & main contractors, Baxall Construction.

 

Project Delivery:

The coordinated Stage 2 - 4 design was completed to programme with ongoing technical support through the ongoing Stage 5 construction phase. On completion of the works full installation drawings will be provided, along with a fully coordinated Revit model as part of the O&M documentation package.
