Building Fabric

Wilson & Partners have in house capability to inspect, assess and design the building fabric elements of projects in conjunction with civil, structural and building services scheme design. This activity relates to both alteration of existing buildings and new build schemes, often with a technical bias, where Wilson & Partners is frequently appointed as lead consultants with a coordinating role.

Equally, Wilson & Partners is used to working in collaboration with architects, interior designers or other specialists to provide a single point design solution under their aegis and is able to appreciate constraints and buildability factors from their viewpoint.
